“This is The WORST Travel Agency EVER!!!!!”

DO NOT USE TRAVELOCITY-THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! they cannot get anything correct, the phone agents are totally in the dark and not empowered to even give you correct information. I was on hold for over 35 minutes, only to have the tele agent come back on line and ask me what it was I needed.....AGAIN. Their agents are all foreign, probably India, you cannot understand anything they are saying, and they cannot understand your questions. This is a nightmare. When I asked for a refund on a refundable ticket, it took over an hour for them to figure out how to do it. DO NOT USE!!!
