“Very Disappointed”

Ordered flowers as a surprise for my sister and paid extra for delivery before 1. Flowers didnt arriver, but the tracking said they had been delivered. Delivery guy claimed he had delivered them, but he had forgot! In the end the surprise was ruined as my sister had to ring the company to see what was going on as I am abroad! Would never buy from them again! However, customer service were quick to respond, and hopefully I should get a full refund.
