“Great Product, Really Poor Staff”

I recently decided to replace my ageing iron with a steam generator iron to speed up my ironing. Having looked around I decided to go to Comet as they had the best price on the iron I wanted. This is where my problems began.

When I arrived at the shop I had great trouble getting anyone to serve me. I didn't order online because I had some questions about the product. The man serving me seemed to have no idea how to answer them and just read the ticket in front of the iron.

When I did decide to buy the iron he then tried selling me an extended warranty telling me how fragile the iron was and how expensive it was to repair. This isn't what you want to hear about the item you're buying.

So far the iron has been great, but I wouldn't rush back to Comet unless I knew exactly what I wanted and they had it at a great price.
