“3.5 Stars - Good but should be better”

Bought a toddler bed using their online shop - pramcentreonline.co.uk

Good -
1) Best price I could find at time of ordering
2) Received a call next day after placing order to advise item not in stock but delivery from supplier expected in 2-3 days. Not a problem as delivery info on website showed delivery could take up to 10 days
3) Delivery made as arranged
4) Used delivery courier with online tracking system, sms text notification & one hour delivery slot
5) Item as ordered

Not So Good -
1) Debited my card account on order placement rather than at time of despatch
2) Had to chase sales/customer services after the anticipated 10 days elapsed. To be fair this only needed one email and I was contacted next day by phone to schedule a convenient delivery for two days later.

So overall experience could have been better and fell short of other online shops I've used recently
