Do the Tesco Diet!! It is very good value for money, so easy to use and most importantly; you get to eat three meals a day and snacks! The website is really easy to use and has functions such as "swap meal" and "edit meal" so you can amend the plan to your tastes. The meals are all yummy foods; just healthier versions. They are also varied so if you are like me and get stuck in ruts of eating the same foods; this diet gets you out of it!
