“what a joke”

what a complete and utter joke this place was, went to the electrical dept in the glasgow branch and told them i bought a Crown electric stove heater and i had a month left on the guarantee and as the fan had broken could they replace it, they said as i bought it last march they had be taken over by Lewis ltd and would do nothing about it even though they had the tj hughes lettering on the counter and walls and shop windows. she then told me to phone crown and ask them to replace it, crown said it was upto to Tj hughes, so i went back and forth and i swear i was fuming, i feel i was made victim by both companies passing the buck and at the end after much shouting and pushing i got no where. Tj huhes or Lewis Ld are a joke when it comes to customer service, even had a sales assistant tell me to bring the heater back in the store and they would sort it to which the manager replied her staff never made such a comment, i swear it was a comedy sketch show. TJ HUHGES YOU ARE A BUNCH OF LOSERS AND WASTERS, I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere and i advise folk to do the same.
