“Calling Angelcare nightmare”

Angelcare products are fabulous. I recommend them to anyone.

Angelcare UK phone number on the other hand, never gets answered and I was kept waiting 15 minutes unanswered. A second call I was caller 4 then please wait for the next available operator, they never answered, call time duration, 20 minutes. NO WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WAITING TO PAY THEM MONEY

Very dissapointed in the UK team and as a result have written to Angelcare Canada to express my concern. They make monitors, they should monitor the bloody phone.
