“Trying to order, but won't call a premium rate number”

With a previous order, we suffered a minor problem, which Dibor handled very well, offering us free shipping on our next order.

Unfortunately, the free-shipping code can't be provided on-line, only over the phone, and Dibor list only a premium rate (0871) number, even in the BT phone book. So
