“Tyres wrong size ordered”

I tried to use the Internet to order two front tyres but at the time the payment system was down so I used the number provided, it was answered within second by a very helpful guy who took my order and told me to pay after fitting,
He rang the very next day to confirm that they were in,
When I got there I had order the wrong size and it was an hour until closeing,they made a couple of calls and sent a guy to grantham to collect two new correct size tyres when he return they fitted them and charged me the Internet price even though they were a different size and brand,
Total cost for two 255 / 35 / 18 fitted balanced with vales and disposal was less then £450 28th jan 2012
