“Spend ages on the phone to amend booking”

I wanted to amend my booking and spent 45 min on the phone on hold. Sent them an email and auto reply message informed me it would be looked at within 48h! Finally I've learned that rebooking fee is £150! plus difference in price. And any amendments can be done only between 10am-5pm as the customer service is open only within those hours...
