“OBNOXIOUS STAFF AND APPALLING PERSONAL CUSTOMER SKILLS”

I enquired about the possiblity of cancelling my car insurance as i am considering giving up driving, and what the amounts would be that i would have to pay if i cancelled mid term. I was not disputing the figures. The lady that dealt with me personally at my local branch (Camberley,Surrey) was obnoxious, and couldnt be bothered, and tried her best to make me feel uncomfortable. At the end, i did tell her that her attitude towards me was appalling, and that she didnt even want to try and assist me.
Well, ive decided i will let the policy run to renewal, and wont re-new.
However, after reading the horror stories on here, im dreading the time when i will be informing them of my cancellation of renewal.
Im not in a postion for any extra monies taking from my account.. so i will make sure i send it in writing, followed by email.... with the words. NOT RENEWING.... and not cancelling... as there is a difference.
Be warned.. stay away.
