I booked two flights to Mauritius and had to cancel 8 days before. I was told that I wouldn't get any refund at all. Only Airport taxes. Lost nearly £600! Appalling service, waited 30 minutes on phone, got passed around to different people. I was told that if I had booked it on the phone then things would be different. Don't use Netflights!!! Buy direct from the airline. And ALWAYS pay by credit card! I have learnt my lesson. Graham Stogden.
