I DID AND ITS THE BEST THING I DID!!!!!

With a BMI of 32, I needed to lose just under 4 stone. I've lost 11 pound in 2 weeks. And my BMI is already down to 30, need to get it down to 24!! I couldn't believe it when I stood on the scales. Its a lot, yes but quite common, and i reckon that breast feeding and going to the gym twice a week has also contributed to my weight loss. But i know the weight loss will eventually slow down to the recommended 1-2 pounds a week, when my body gets used to it. With the different diet plans, meal plans, shopping lists, helpful mentors, daily journals and progress charts, you have everything you need to successfully lose weight. They also have specially designed diets for people with diabetes, PCOS, heart problems etc.

With the bonus of the recipe club and fitness club (where professionals create exercise programmes, specifically for each individual) for an extra £1 a week each, the variety and service opens up a whole lot more. I recommend Tesco Diets to everyone, in fact I have already convinced my mum to sign up. My aunt & 2 ladies from nursery are also going to join.

The only negative I find to dieting is the fact that shopping can become expensive. But that's down to supermarkets and the fact that junk is cheap & accessible, probably why Britain is getting fatter. But I feed my whole family from my plan diet and just change the quantities accordingly, giving them a healthy balanced diet too!! With Tesco Diets they have budget options, meals for families, recipe meals, convenience meals etc to cater for everyone! Also you can swap your meals to help with costs, so you are eating things with similar ingredients.
I also like the fact that you don't have to go out of your home to weigh in, you simply jump on your own scales each week and enter the results into your journal. Each week a mentor emails you a comment of your week, giving advice, help and tips to improving or maintaining your weight for the next week coming. They answer any questions you have and highlight where you might be going wrong. The mentors are online tap during working hours for help and info. During the 1st week I contacted them constantly. JUST GO FOR IT, YOU WONT REGRET IT, but maybe regret not trying it earlier. Its just so easy!!
