“Wonderful Customer Service”

Dear Tiffany Rose

My husband, placed the order below for me for a dress for my sister's wedding in September.

Just a short note to say thank you for your exceptional customer service. One of your employees (apologies that I have forgotten her name) called me today to apologise in being too efficient (!) and sending out the new item too early, instead of treating this as an exchange. She also said that you were refunding me for the postage cost on the new item.

I am delighted with your personal service and as I said to the lady today, I can't wait to get home and try on the new dress. I hope it will fit this time (the last one was a bit too big) but as I bought this for such a good sale price, I will be prepared to get it altered if necessary.

All your outfits look beautiful and you have totally understood that pregnant women want to look as beautiful pregnant as they do prior! I also bought two of your gorgeous cross-over tops - the material is lovely and the style very flattering.

Thank you for countering the 'sack-of-potatoes or curtain-material-look' that many of the more traditional maternity outfitters would have us pregnant women wear!
