“The worst you can find”

We pay £30 pcm only for VIRGIN broadband which suppose to be of course with wi fi.
WI Fi doesn't work already 4 months. Tried to call virgin but its impossible to get through. When u do get through it is just waste of time. How many times they promised to call back and i waited at home for hours and no one called. They decided that to help me is to send me cable so i can have internet that way, but hey what i'm paying here for? To sit at the bloody router day and night? You know its the most expensive one and the crappiest one. Rubbish customer service oh actually non exist-ant. They don't fail to charge u every month and don't fail to charge double if you are late with payment for few days but they fail to provide what i pay for. I will definitely take this further but that is if i can get through to the to complain. It feels that all they are interested is to sell but after care is not important. Well Richard Branson get a grip and look after your customers before we all leave you and you go bust, hopefully.,
