“Iberia Lost Our Bag Twice - CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE”

No acknowledge and apology for losing bag (after 5 months). Formal complaint process is terrible. You need to beg them to speak to you. Still haven't written to us or confirmed where our bag is (even thought it has been found in end destination). Avoid and fly with another carrier who know what customer service is.
