My phone was damaged in an accident around Christmas time, I informed supercover straight away, sent all documentation and they ok'd my claim. As it was so close to Christmas they told me to take my phone to the apple store and pay £119 to get it replaced and they would riemburse the cost with receipts. Sent all this to them and they decided to decline my claim. They made up an imei number and said that the phone I had repaired was not the one insured.Supercover is a waste of money there a joke I have appealed against there decision and have spoken to trading standards I am going to take them all the way. Do not take out cover with this company there con artists. Quick enough taking your money but don't give what they owe you.
