“Good Products & Prices, Poor Packing, Unknown Progress”

Hi, I liked the products and the prices were very competitive.

The packing, however, could be improved. Packages rattled around the cartons. Some of the pen boxes were damaged and burst open, scattering the contents within the box.

The order progress/status was not helpful: I could not track the delivery progress and the status remained 'processing', even after delivery.
