“At least £200 quid cheaper than a letting agent!”

I put my property on padres.co.uk & paid them £59.95. They advertised my property on Rightmove, Zoopla & their site & sent me about 5 decent enquiries within a couple of days. I let my flat to the second of these & padres took care of the referencing & the tenancy agreement. This was all included in the one fee!! Because they handled everything professionally I even asked them to manage the property. They charged me £55 per month which is half what my local agent wanted. All in all a great experience with this company which is a breath of fresh air. Their pricing is fair & unusually there weren't any hidden charges (unusual for a property company).
