WORST flower delivery experience ever! I placed an order with Teleflora at 1am Saturday for same day delivery (well before the 12pm required time for guaranteed same-day). At 2pm they e-mail me telling me my selection is unavailable and to choose a replacement, so I gave them a 1st alternate and 2nd alternate and responded at 3pm Saturday. They e-mail me at 12:05 Sunday to say my 1st alternate is not available so they will deliver the 2nd but need a new requested delivery time from me - seriously?! Obviously I want these right away...not rocket science. So finally I got them to schedule my 3rd choice for Monday, 2 days after original request and day after mom and dad's anniversary. Nothing was delivered so I told them the recipient didn't get it. They said the party wasn't home. According to their website, when this happens they either call the recipient and reschedule, leave a note, leave it on the doorstep covered, or leave it with a neighbor. They did none of this. I cancelled my order and requested my money back - why bother when I missed my parents' anniversary and ruined the surprise anyway??? They offered me 35% off my next order. YGBSM...I told them they can keep it. NEVER again.
