2nd time I rent with EconomyCar Rentals, and 2nd time 100% satisfaction. Their customer service is simply FANTASTIC.

This time I got a damage on the vehicle and they completely refound me the excess in few days after receiving all the documentation.

Every time you write them an email you get an answers in hours.
