I have visited my local new look 3 times in the past couple of months and each time be served by the same girl which has proven herself to be some what incompetent within the role of the job and flat out rude. Each time the simplist of transactions seem to be a massive task! The first time i wanted to purchase two lots of goods with differnt cards which seemed fine as the first purchase went smoothly although lengthy until while scanning the second lot the cashier accussed me of not paying for the first lot of goods!, making a huge fuss calling me a theif when i had the receipt right in my hand! Second time the cashier found a refund and a purchase to be a mammouth task! but to top the cherry of when i got home an item was missing, after ringing new look and them looking at cctv it became apparent that the women had scanned the item dropped it on the floor, looked at it and not bothered to pick it up! then when watching me leave picked it up and put it in the back to rale pile!!!! where it was put ready to be sold again!! selling an item which a customer has already bought is some what questionable! They finally accepted to give me my item back after a very lengthy, difficult and multiple conversations with the manager. But long and be hold i thought ohhh 3rd time lucky, no one can be incompetent and rude 3 times in a row, eh! I went in and purchased some items and everything went ok, although still rude, until i got home and realised she'd charged me £30 for a £17 dress!! How are they allowing this service to contunie!? I run a business myself and if a member of staff acted like this she'd get the sack, simple! The goods aren't good enough to be treated like an inconvience and experiance multiple difficulties eveytime i go in, I will not be taking my custom there again, appalling service!!
