I've bought 2 appliances from Appliance World and on both occasions the prices were very competitive, the delivery was very well communicated with options to choose convenient delivery windows and both deliveries were on time, all very good. There was a small quality problem with the burner caps on the hob, but an email to Appliance World received a reply within about an hour and immediate action to have replacements parts sent direct from Neff. The customer service is really 'on the ball'. Highly recommended.
