Purchased a blackberry and it broke within 3mths, returned to store who sent it away, refurbished used phone was a replacement with other peoples contacts etc on phone, that phone was not working, however CPW said it was 100 % checked, was sent away again and was advised would be 28 days as was a high level repair. They fixed our refurbed phone eventually. complaints procedure a joke, geek squad a complete waste of time, If you have a complaint contact the CEO team who are also a complete waste of time. The best advice I would give anyone is buy elsewhere. I would never purchase anything fom CPW again. No apologies, hide behind data protection, will not return calls, customer complaints team rude and sarcastic. A utter disgrace .
