“Unaccountable with terrible customer service”

In early November I was looking to get a new car so decided to sign up for a month (I couldn't take the free trial because I was already registered from a month I used it in October 2010).

Anyway, I re-registered using my debit card and forgot to cancel it before the end of the first month (my fault!). I was only made aware of this when my girlfriend called me to say that Credit Expert had used her credit card to take my second monthly fee.

Her credit card was used the first time round (October 2010) and, despite my debit card being used to re-register was still the default card.

Customer services say I must have manually changed my preference after I re-registered and can see I did this on the same day. These statements are untrue and they refuse to send me any information to prove this. I am pursuing this case as far as I can and am a little bit disappointed with the level of attention
