the one main feature i need to work was the call recording. i understand the software may use the phones internal memory to store till the upload but anything it uploads is less than 20sec b/c the phone now doesnt hear or talk. something may of went wrong on the install or maybe it needs to be tweaked. idk, i disabled all feature from upload to try and prevent less memory use and battery drain on the phone. oh and the battery dead real fast! but again tech support hasn't responded to really help me fix the problem either. there are other brands available but i chose this one b/c the call recording feature.- not working very well yet. i will post back if something changes my opinion but thus far - dud -
