“Great Product BUT BEWARE of Allergic reactions! ”

I've used Day Wear Plus faithfully daily for the past several years. By far the best moisturizer and my all-time favorite and I'm very particular. However just a few months ago, suddenly I seemed to have developed an allergy to an ingredient in this product. Since I use it at night I woke up in the morning to red puffy cheeks, especially under my eyes, and my face felt like it was burning around my mouth and eyes. Even my lips were swollen. At first I thought it was something I ate, but then after carefully reducing foods and other products it came down to me being allergic to this product. I went several weeks w/o using it and then tried it again with the exact same results that took a week for my face to recover from! I'm not using it or any other EL products for the time being...I'm so sad bc I really loved this product. I'm going to see a dermatologist to try to help me understand what ingredient is in this that has made me develop an allergy to it! Has anyone else out there had a similar experience? If so can you tell me what ingredient it is that could cause such a reaction?
