“Kinetico 2020C installed by Total Soft Water, Surrey”

Total Soft Water were quick to respond to our enquiry, professionally explained and demonstrated product, very quick delivery and installation. Our Kinetico 2020C is installed in the garage, conveniently out of the way, is compact & tidy & a separate tap for filtered drinking water was installed in the kitchen (free of charge!).
The only question in my mind is "Why didn't we do this years ago"? We live in a hard water area and limescale was a nightmare. Large amount of money was spent on limescale remover products, endless scrubbing of sink, shower panels, toilets, wash basins etc. Now all that is in the past.
And the bonus is shiny soft hair, shiny sink & kettle and nice tasting tea!
Highly recommend this product.
