“Extraordinary Service”

Have bought two sets of replacement pads for our trampolines from Jump for Fun. Having done a deal of research on the internet I found their website informative and helpful and the pads were exactly as described - very high quality and very good value compared to some other brands. Both sets arrived incredibly quickly and we have been very impressed with the quality. There turned out to be a minor manufacturing defect with one of the pads and the speedy, efficient and customer-focused manner in which Jump for Fun dealt with the issue is, without doubt, the very best customer service I have experienced from an internet based sales operation. Ever. Amazing. Absolutely trustworthy and great product - I would have no hesitation in using them again and will definitely recommend them to anyone.
