If you really want to lose weight and eat loads this is the diet for you! LOVE it. I have lost 1 stone and 1lb in 7 weeks. I stay to group which is the most fantastic boost each week. I have treats everyday and still lose weight the reciepes on the magazine and online are great. I have a two year who eats the same as me and my hubby do. Extra easy is fantastic so long as 1/3rd of your plate is the superfree food (too many people just dont do it!) I still go out, i go for coffee and cake and cinema and meals etc. I am never hungry! its a lifestyle change and not a diet - I will never look back! Love it!!
