“Seen the weight drop off!”

I tried slimfast in November 2011 as I wanted to drop a few pound before christmas, and lost 1st in 4 weeks. However, because I binged over christmas the weight crept back up on me. I have started it again on 2 January 2012 and find that in 16 days I have lost 9lbs already. I am going on holiday in May and want my bikini body back before I go. I am aiming to lose a maximum of 2 stone (get down to 8stone).

My day consists of 1 shake for breakfast, a light snack mid morning, a shake for lunch, a snack before dinner and a 600 calorie meal. I have tried many other diets, but this has been the best for me as I can eat quite often, and I am not starving myself.

I noticed that my stomach was gargling a lot, and according to the doctor it was my body burning fat. So the day after I have the gargling, I weighed myself and the scales had shown I had in fact lost weight.

It is important to remember that you cannot go back to your old eating habits once you come off the diet as it can be easy to put the weight on. I would suggest using the 600 calorie meal to introduce healthy foods so that you are used to them once you stop. I would also suggest weaning yourself off the diet once finished by gradually going down to one shake a day first.
