Marjorie suppied flowers from my brother to my sister-in-law, on the morning of their wedding.
They arrived on the wrong day, and the flowers were terrible, they were dying.
My brother was upset and my mam complained on his behalf. Marjorie was abrupt and rude and told her not to shop with her again. Did not offer an apology, refund, or even a token gesture.
Avoid at all costs.
