I have requested to freeze my membership for 6 months as I could cancel it and I have been charged for two months! As I was not refunded I instructed my bank not to pay FF anymore. I started to receive letters and daily calls from a company called CARs. I have decided to pay it as my mother thought me that our name is the most valuable thing we have. I am loosing this money now, but this is not over yet. My gym was TCR London and the manager responsible for “dealing” with it was Gemma. It is a nightmare to contact FF and deep regret that I have joined this gym.
