“Complete Waster of time and money”

Countrywide have owed me money for over a year after paying my portion of the buildings insurance to them, I then get a letter from the freehold saying the buildings insurance bill has not been paid by countrywide therefore I have to pay them so they can ensure we are insured!

This is over £200 that they have still not paid back or re-credited to my account. They then have a cheek to start charging us for paying our service charges by standing order!

We have a shared boiler system with individual meters, they have let the batteries in these run flat so I am having to pay over the odds for other peoples gas bills. This has been this way for over 9 months and they still have not got someone to fix them.

The development was built poorly by Barratts and we have had numerous water leaks and problems with the heating and hot water system. This is apparently not covered by the NHBC or Barratts as we have to keep paying for these to be fixed.

Countrywide use an outfit of plumbers which are in my opinion cowboys and charge the earth just for coming and looking at it. Never mind actually fixing it, but they don't care as they aren't paying for it. We are!!

Utter rubbish!!
