I ordred a giffgaff sim and it worked in my phone so decided to transfer my old o2 number to giffgaff. O2 gave me a pac code and i filled in the giffgaff online transfer form asking for the transfer to take place on Friday 13/1/12. When Friday came both my old o2 sim and new giffgaff sim stopped working - I messaged giffgaff agents several times but have still not got a satisfactory reply or any phone service.
