Hotel awful - sent an email to LCH begging to be moved. Offered to give up all-inclusive etc as we had just got engaged and this was our romantic break... Email acknowledged informing us by reply of the address to write to when we got home. Bad things do happen but the company I would recommend would be one who put things right when they got it so badly wrong. Will not be claiming my £25 voucher for submitting a review as will never ever use them again.
