Don't even try it. I made an order from China to Kazakhstan and was not informed that it is a subject for custom clearance. It was DHL's responsibility to contact me and inform about it. But neither Central Office nor State did not contact me and when I called them they were referring to each other. Also they stated that I have to get an allowance from Committee of National Security. So I just refused to get my ordered stuff as it would be 5-7 times more expensive than it's cost. Usually I use EMS and so far it worked good.
