I noticed recently that during my all year call for a specific number, I am charged higher. when contacting customer service, following sequence happened:
When I first emailed them bringing incorrect charge, there was no response. Second time, they rudely responded "Answered your request". When I asked third time, they said fault is rectified and I will get corrected rate now onwards. When asked why can't I get reimbursed for all calls I made on such number, they answered they are not prepared to reimberse quoting I already got some promotion year ago.
Stay away if you are new. Check your call charges if you are in no situation to avoid.
