I bought my wife a gold chain for christmas paid £160 within 24 hrs a link broke i took it back to the shop and they said it looked like it had been caught or pulled (which it hadn`t) but they would send it to quality control who said the same thing (suprise suprise). I have been told i can have it repaird at a reduced rate, the trouble with that is i don`t want the peice of rubbish any more just want a refund but have been told by customer service no chance
