“I have been permanently injured by soda stream”

This product exploded in my hand in July. I am left with a permanent painful scar. I contacted soda stream and sent back my product including bottles.

To date I have received nothing, they are a disgrace, they take on average 5 days to answer my emails or phone calls, all I wish for is my money back. They want me to sign a waver?? I have expressed that I shouldn't have to. Why are they allowed to treat people never mind their customers this way. I am disgusted. I have even sent their CEO an email and that has gone ignored. I have never been more frustrated in my whole life.

I am a 41 yr old lady who is flabbergasted to being treated in such an appalling way.

DO NOT EVER USE SODA STREAM THEY ARE DANGEROUS AND A DISGRACE
