Is it me or do most of the five star reviews have the same peppy tone to them ...
giffgaff is a good idea but I imagine dreadfully understaffed when it comes to customer service. I've only been with them a couple of weeks and since asking to have my old number transferred I've not been able to get a 3G connection.
Their system of community support works well when your problem is how to configure a phone or advice on tariffs, but if the issues is more technical it seems to take for ever to get anything resolved.
