I purchased a washing machine online from Argos what a mistake they sold me the extra warranty what a load of rubbish this is. The washing machine is now nearly 2 years old and I have hardly used it. I have had to have a new kitchen floor because of the leeking machine. The insurance company keep getting an engineer out to take the machine away for testing, the test are done with no washing in. I still have the machine and still on the phone all the time to the insurers, they will still not replace this machine and have even told me to get an independent engineer to look at it. So in all a lovely machine just doesn't do any thing. Not worth the effort and time dealing with them, I am going to the launderette on a weekly basis what fun is that. I will never buy from Argos again. All of this is still ongoing I have just contacted the insurance company again as Argos won't have anything to do with it. You got it they are coming to collect it for testing yet again. I think the after service is the worst I have ever experienced and do not want anyone else to go through this.
