“Debt Management help”

I originally tried to get a loan from Valour Finance but was unable to. They contacted me to see if they could help me with Debt Managament instead and after a long and detailed discussion, I decided to join Valour Financial Services to help sort out my debts and remove some of the stresses from my life.

They were really helpful and I found their forms easy to complete and return. They even send pre-paid envelopes for any letters you receive and will contact all your creditors to discuss a suitable arrangement (they have relationships with a lot of companies which I think helps in this process).

Even when I suffered further difficulties - they were brilliant and really helpful and agreed a new payment arrangement plan and added more accounts in, without making me feel small or stupid (and believe me I was really embarrassed having to do this initially).

The staff are well trained and always professional and courteous. You can even discuss things with them via email if you need to and they always provide a prompt response.

I tried other companies but decided to stay with Valour and now have built up a very good relationship with my contact there.

You do pay a small fee towards the arrangement but I am even happy with this - as the service they provide is excellent. I would highly recommend them.
