“Great service!”

After an unfortunate accident, in which the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S2 was smashed to smithereens, I have been delighted with the service I have recieved. I sent my phone as soon as possible the next day after phoning the company to update my details. The operator was friendly and my details were updated immediately, as evidenced through the website.

I recieved confirmation that my claim had been accepted and my phone was to be repaired within 1 or 2 days. I recieved my fully repaired and functioning phone within ten working days, where the estimate was around a fortnight. It works perfectly!

From my own experience, I could not recommend Premier Plan any more highly. I recieved perfect customer service and am extremely happy with the speed and professionalism of which my claim was dealt with.
