“Level of service does not match the Price Level”

Zara prices are slightly above other high street shops so it shouldn't come as a surprise that customers expect better quality service - meaning trained staff with good conduct, speaks politely and serves professionally. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I went to the shop in Exeter on Boxing Day; when it opened its doors at 10am; a large crowd of people (who had been queuing for the boxing day sale) rushed in. Before a queue even start at the till (since everyone is busy at the shelves looking for bargains), I went to a blonde salesgirl behind the counter, asking for the ZARA Plait Handle Leather Tote (which I knew was not among the sale items as it was popular design). Without a thought, she replied,
