Landlord alert! Choices Lettings are a nightmare for fees (and for tenants too I understand). They will charge you an annual sub-let letting fee upfront, regardless of how long the tenancy lasts (in my case tenants only signed for 6 months initially). So, £900+ upfront for a LET ONLY fee. And its a rolling annual contract. I dont like how the tenant pays them the rent and then they pay me...

Thats right. YOU PAY choices £900+ to rent your property, so that they can then sub-let it.
