Bought a Bon Jovi t-shirt on the the 17th of December. Since then I have literally received nothing from them. No item, no responses to 3 emails.
I have now realised that they have no contact details apart from the link on the website.
I then looked further into this, as it happens they have no registered address or working contact number.
Their website also states customer satisfaction, which cannot be further from the truth. There is no customer service.
Do not even think about buying from the T-shirt subway, you will waste your money and time trying to get the item or the money back.
I have also now reported them to trading standards.
