“Avoid like the Plague”

I advise anyone with half a brain to avoid this company at all costs. I made an order for a complete set of Halley Hansen Merino Base layers on the 12/12/2011 and I received it yesterday a month late and way after Christmas. I even tried to cancel my order before then but the phone lines are always busy (which they charge you for) and they never reply to your e-mails despite the fact they state on their website the best way to contact them is by e-mail. On receiving the goods the boxes were split open, and one of the items has been given a Medium size tag where the actual label for the top is Large, very deceptive. I will not be even returning these items as they recommend using recorder delivery which costs up to £7.50 which I would have to use anyway as I dont even trust them to refund the money or do an exchange. I am in awe this kind of shoddy service still goes on these day's, they need reporting!
