“Poor Service”

Hired a car in Heathrow organised in Australia. Had an accident in Ireland and neither ourselves or police could contact company for 3 days Then told we did not have insurance which was untrue Later investigated by a third party about who was at fault never contacted or supported by Hertz. Won't use again after 30 years
