Two word to describe Agoda. The safest and the cheapest you can find out of all as I've did a research myself. There is absolutely no hassle booking with Agoda. I like it the best where its easy to search, and you can provide special requests be it e.g high floor, early check-in or non-smoking room.

Something I would like to raise up here was, there's not a single time Agoda reply to my mail regarding enquiry or requests. That's the only disappointment as I've been waiting and longing for the reply.
